Iā€™m a Jungian psychologist committed to helping my clients learn how to build a deeper relationship with their deep selves.

My work focuses on assisting each person in discovering their potential for wholeness, exploring areas that are less developed or unknown in their personality, and dealing with unconscious material. To do this, we explore the past, present, shadowed parts of ourselves, and turn to dreams for guidance and meaning. My goal is to help you discern the ways that you can be influenced and guided from within.

I earned my M.A. and Ph.D. in Jungian and archetypal psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. During that time, I completed a two-year clinical counseling program and am currently a psychotherapist in Colorado. Prior to specialization, I earned my B.A. from The Colorado College in Social Theory.

Now, I have a private practice, am an author, and lecture and teach on the Jungian and archetypal experience. I live in Durango, Colorado with my husband and dog, Akela.
